These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SteadyAR accounts receivable follow-up service ("Service"), operated by Red Pier LLC ("SteadyAR," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging SteadyAR's services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
SteadyAR provides a structured, tiered invoice follow-up messaging system on behalf of the Client, communicated under the Client's own name and branding. The Service includes:
SteadyAR does not purchase, take assignment of, or acquire any ownership interest in Client's receivables. SteadyAR is not a collections agency, law firm, or debt buyer, and does not provide legal advice.
Client agrees to:
Service fees are scoped individually per engagement following an initial audit call and are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Fees are due regardless of amounts recovered — SteadyAR does not charge a percentage of recovered funds. Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice.
SteadyAR does not guarantee that any specific invoice, account, or aggregate amount will be recovered as a result of the Service. Recovery outcomes depend on factors outside SteadyAR's control, including the Client's customer relationships and the underlying validity of the debt.
SteadyAR will treat Client's business data, including customer and invoice information, as confidential and will use it solely to perform the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Client remains solely responsible for ensuring that communications sent on its behalf, in its name, comply with applicable law in every jurisdiction where its customers reside. SteadyAR provides message drafting and scheduled execution as a service and does not independently verify legal compliance on a per-jurisdiction basis. Client is strongly encouraged to consult its own legal counsel, particularly for cross-border engagements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteadyAR's total liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. SteadyAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost receivables.
Either party may terminate this engagement with 30 days' written notice. SteadyAR reserves the right to suspend or terminate service immediately in cases of non-payment or a Client's request to send communications that SteadyAR reasonably believes violate applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law applicable to Client.
SteadyAR may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Clients in advance of taking effect.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to SteadyAR, a Red Pier LLC company.
