SteadyAR is operated by Red Pier LLC ("SteadyAR," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you, whether you are a prospective Client submitting our contact form or a Client engaging our ongoing Service.
From website visitors: When you submit the audit request form, we collect your name, company name, work email, and the approximate range of your overdue accounts receivable.
From engaged Clients: To perform the Service, we collect the invoice and contact information Client provides about its own customers ("Debtor Data"), including names, contact details, invoice amounts, and payment status. This data belongs to and is controlled by the Client; SteadyAR processes it solely to deliver the Service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Debtor Data for any purpose beyond delivering the Service to the Client that provided it.
We use third-party service providers to operate our website and communications, including form-handling (Formspree) and email delivery tools. These providers process data on our behalf under their own applicable terms and are not authorized to use the data for their own purposes.
We retain website inquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry or, if a Client relationship begins, for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period thereafter for recordkeeping. Client Debtor Data is retained only for the duration of the active engagement unless otherwise agreed, and is deleted or returned to Client upon termination, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because SteadyAR operates across multiple countries, information may be processed in jurisdictions other than where you or Client's customers are located. Clients operating in or serving customers within the EU/EEA, UK, or other regions with specific data protection requirements should confirm with SteadyAR, and their own counsel, that appropriate safeguards are in place before engaging the Service.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Requests can be directed to SteadyAR using the contact information below. Individuals whose data is processed as Debtor Data should direct requests to the Client who engaged SteadyAR's services, as that Client controls the data.
Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for basic site functionality.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
